BEL Project Engineer Salary Structure 2025

*4th year applicable only if contract is extended.

BEL Project Engineer: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• 4 years full-time BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electronics, Telecommunication, Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Instrumentation.
• Minimum Pass Class required.

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025):

• Upper Age: 32 years (General/EWS)
• OBC: 3 years relaxation; SC/ST: 5 years relaxation; PwBD: Additional 10 years

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in installation, commissioning of electronics/electrical systems, or embedded systems integration.

BEL Project Engineer Selection Process 2025

1. Written Test (85 marks): Shortlisted candidates, meeting eligibility, will be called for the test.
2. Interview (15 marks): Candidates qualifying the written exam will face an interview based on a 1:5 ratio per post/category.
3. Qualifying Marks: Minimum 35% (UR/EWS/OBC), 30% (SC/ST/PwBD) in both stages.

BEL Application Fee

• Fee: ₹472 (₹400 + 18% GST)
• Exemption: SC/ST/PwBD candidates exempted.
• Payment Mode: Only through SBI Collect (online or any SBI branch).
